How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication Sign into your account by opening the following link: https://outlook.office.com/ using a web browser Once logged in to your account, search for your name initials in the upper right corner of your screen and click on them. The following pop-up screen will appear, click on view account: The site will redirect you to the following screen. Click on security info: Click on the Add sing-in method option: In the pop-up window, select Authenticator app and click Add. Be sure to have installed Microsoft Authenticator APP on your phone. You can download it from the app store or google play. Click next to begin the process. You will receive a message about installing the app on your phone click next. After you click next, you will receive the following screen. Click next again: The website will display a QR Code on your screen: In your phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator APP and click on the Scan a QR code option: Scan the QR code of the previous step with your phone and then return to your computer and click next in the following screen: You will receive a notification test on your phone to allow the login to your account. If everything is successful, the following screen will appear: Click next, and CONGRATULATIONS! Now you have set up MFA authentication to your account.
