HOW TO ENABLE MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION IN MY ACCOUNT
- Be sure to have installed Microsoft Authenticator APP on your phone. You can download it from the app store or google play.
- After enabling MFA in your account, when you try to login into your account, you will receive the following message:
- Click next to begin the process. You will receive a message about installing the app on your phone click next.
- After you click next, you will receive the following screen. Click next again:
- The website will display a QR Code on your screen:
- In your phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator APP and click on the Scan a QR code option:
- Scan the QR code of the previous step with your phone, then return to your computer and click next on the following screen:
- You will receive a notification test on your phone to allow the login to your account. If everything is successful, the following screen will appear:
- Click next, and CONGRATULATIONS! Now you have set up MFA authentication to your account.
